5 Wardrobe Essentials

I know you’ve seen a lot of these posts about wardrobe essentials, however, I’ve decided that I want to try my hand at it and see what pieces I can find on the internet. I like to think what’s in my closet now after all these years of shopping, I would not be able to do without, so why not share some of the essentials I’ve learned are necessities. Now, I know these picks may seem to be a bit on the obvious side, however, how many times do we still go shopping for that perfect pair of jeans or that leather jacket cause the one you currently own just doesn’t quite do it. Hopefully with some of these picks, I can solve that problem for you.

AN AMAZING PAIR OF JEANS

I truly love a great pair of classic blue denim. You can never go wrong and you can always dress them up or down. I’ve noticed that over the years I really gravitate to that classic blue, yet it’s not as easy to find as you would think but once you do you just can’t stop wearing them!

I found this dress on Nordstrom Rack’s site and it is one sale for less than $50 however half the colors are sold out. But there is still the black, white, red, olive, blue, pink, and peach available so get get your hands on this! I love the scalloped detail and if you’ve seen my post about swimsuits you’ll know I have a serious obsession with it. I know it’s a problem but it looks good on everyone! 

IT’S ALL ABOUT THAT LEATHER JACKET

Top Gun is a brand that I’ve mentioned before. When it comes to leather jackets they are my go-to. They aren’t as popular as I would think they would be especially because of the price and that they offer real leather as well as vegan leather jackets. The thing I love the most is that the fit of these jackets is amazing. I personally love a good fitted jacket but a lot of leather jackets I’ve tried before never have the sleeves fitted enough for me and with this brand I never had this problem.

Steve Madden never disappoints with their heels. I love the price, the selection, and the comfort that comes with them. This particular pair that are available at Nordstrom Rack are available in eight, yes eight, different colors! I really love the animal print though! It goes with everything and can really spice up any look.

So I’m not gonna lie, deciding on the type of statement bag to chose was not easy. Bags are such personal pieces but I decided on this Coach one because it is a crossbody bag, which are my favorite type. You can really wear them anywhere especially on a night out, we all want to have those hands free when you go up on the dance floor right?! But they are perfect even for those days were you’re running errands and just need both hands to get everything for the day done. Now I also wanted the bag to be versatile for day through night which is what the studs really add to the bag. It comes in two different colors and the best part is that it’s on sale now!
