Coachella Style

Now I know we all know about Coachella right?! And what comes with the music is some awesome styles that we see everyone wearing. I know that I’d love to snag some of these great looks even though I’m not going to Coachella this year myself but I would love to be able to wear some of these styles throughout the summer and on a budget. I’ve looked through Pinterest and found some of my favorite looks that I think can easily transition into something that can be worn as more of an everyday look.

I love all the detail that goes into the festival look. I think that when trying to go for this look there are a few key things that need to be considered:

  1. Start layering. From accessories to bags and belts, each piece has it’s own unique detail that adds to the overall look. Don’t be afraid to experiment here either. You can mix silver and gold with other colors of jewelry to play up the look.
  2. Fringe, lace, and crochet are your best friends. When it comes to festival style, this is key. You can see all three of these styles in almost every look. It’s super easy to wear and the best part is it’s so comfortable! Especially during those hot summer days you can never go wrong with it!
  3. Play up the hair and makeup. That’s probably where you can see you’ll be able to have the most fun with the look. If you want to transition it to something that you can wear daily, then try a fun colored eyeliner or a bolder lip color.
  4. Make it your own. Try to add something to the look that you love even if it may not be something that everyone else is wearing. Make the look your own! The best part is that it’s supposed to be all about personal style! Experiment and don’t be scared about it.
  5. Don’t go overboard! Now this is a tricky one because there’s a fine line between nailing down the festival look and then looking like we may have taken it a bit too far. If you feel like this is something you’re afraid might happen, take your time when trying this look out. And if you put a look together and think it might be too much, follow your gut. There’s nothing worse than stepping out and being self conscious about your outfit.

And there you have it! Hopefully this post was helpful for all you music lovers out there and will help you to nail this festival look down! I know during the summer there will be many concerts and parties where you can really play this up so enjoy and have fun!
