I started out with eye shadow palettes. I personally prefer to buy palettes over singles, unless they are a basic nude color for all over the lid. I also like that you can create a whole look with them as well as get your moneys worth. These three palettes will be perfect for the end of winter beginning so you can really play up the colors.

I really love a soft contour palette. A little goes a long way in my opinion and these are perfect colors for such a look. I especially love the Becca highlight since I prefer my highlights to have more of a white/pink shimmer to them. It suits my skin tone better and really makes the cheeks pop.
L’Oréal Telescopic Carbon Black Mascara
Now I know this is not a new product but it is for me and I’m obsessed. Anyone who has super straight lashes like I do will love this. I always curl my lashes before I apply mascara but if the mascara is too heavy it will make them fall flat in two seconds. Now I know the trick of using waterproof mascara to really keep the lashes curled but it doesn’t work for me. I’ve tried so many! It makes my lashes fall flat almost immediately and I have to start all over. With this mascara I really get the full effect of super full lashes without them getting weighed down!
